Business & Administrative Services

Business & Administrative Services (BAS) provides behind-the-scenes administrative, accounting, human resources, business services, information technology, marketing, maintenance, and other support services to the operational departments that make up the Division of Administration & Public Safety.

The department also includes the Security Technologies Unit that installs and maintains security systems and provides locksmith services.

BAS also supports the University by offering bookstore retail services, mail and printing services and surplus and material storage at various campus locations.

Management & maintenance of Rutgers’ own 4½-star, 18-hole golf course is also part of the scope of the BAS Department.
