Description
The following is a brief synopsis of information reported to the Rutgers University Police Department:

On March 3, 2008 at approximately 1:00 AM, the victim was sleeping in his Silvers Apartments bedroom and was woken up by a subject knocking on his door. When the victim opened the door, the subject pointed a handgun at him and pulled the trigger three times before laughing and fleeing the area. The victim did not believe the handgun was real and described it as being silver and discolored. No shots were fired from the handgun which only made a clicking sound when the trigger was pulled. The victim was not physically injured.

Black male
180 lbs
Wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt, light colored shorts and sneakers
