Description
The following is a brief synopsis of information reported to the Rutgers University Police Department:

On Monday morning, October 08, 2007 at approximately 12:25 AM as the student was walking in the area of Bartlett Street and College Avenue in New Brunswick. The victim was approached from behind by three male subjects, one of whom struck him on the head with an unknown object.

The Rutgers University Police Department reminds you that you can reduce your chances of being a crime victim by taking reasonable precautions: keep alert and be aware of people and circumstances around you, avoid isolation, and control access to your residence. DESCRIPTION OF SUSPECT:

Subject 1: Black male, wearing a black shirt, baggy blue jeans and adidas footwear.
Subject 2: Black male, wearing a doo-rag and white t-shirt.
Subject 3: Black male, wearing a doo-rag and white t-shirt.
