The following is a brief synopsis of information reported to the Rutgers University Police Department:

The Rutgers Police Department is investigating two Armed Robberies which occured on the Piscataway Campus on 10-13-2007 and 10-23-2007. In both robberies the suspect approached the victim from behind and put a knife to the victim's throat. Since the robberies occured less than two blocks apart, the MO is identical, and the suspect description is similar, we believe they may be connected.

In the 10-13-2007 robbery the suspect was observed riding a small silver trick Style bike towards Hoes Lane after the robbery.

DESCRIPTION OF SUSPECT:

Dark skinned black male
17-20 YOA
5'10" - 6' 2"
Thin build
Clean shaven
Short black hair
